I'm a mom of two boys and a wife to an amazing man — and between baseball games, football fields, fighter jets, and anything with a motor running, life is beautifully full. Growing up in Utah and Alaska before moving to Idaho in my early teens gave me a deep love for the outdoors. Fishing, camping, hunting — and doing all of it with the people I love most. We've been Arizona residents since 2019, and while the summers keep us humbled, we make the most of every cooler season and refuse to stay indoors for long.
My nursing career started with a Bachelor's in Nursing from the University of Utah, followed by a Master's in Nursing Leadership and Management. For over 15 years I worked in Critical Care — Medical, Surgical, Cardiac, Neuro, and Trauma. I loved the intensity of that work, but I kept seeing the same gap over and over: we were patching people up and sending them home without the tools, knowledge, or support to actually get well.
That gap stayed with me.
Women were coming in exhausted, dismissed, and told their labs were "normal" — while their bodies were telling a completely different story. I knew there had to be a better way especially after my own health issues. So I made the leap into Functional Medicine as a Nurse Coach, where I could finally offer what the bedside never could: individualized, root-cause care that actually goes somewhere.
That's what Kimber's VITAL Method is built around:
Validating your symptoms and your experience
Investigating the root cause
Targeting with the right lab work
Activating a personalized wellness plan
Long-term education and support so the results actually last
If you're tired of being told you're fine when you know you're not — you're in the right place.
I'm so glad you're here. I can't wait to meet you.
